WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect and use:

  • Information that you or your company represent to us, such as: name, job title, organization, business address, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and email address.

  • In order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to protect our assets, employees, contractors/contractors and specifically to ensure that we comply with trade regulations, anti-money laundering and/or anti-bribery laws and corruption and other regulatory requirements, we may conduct a screening of existing business counterparties and of potential business counterparties before a contract is concluded,  or on a need-to-know basis after an agreement has been concluded. The screening does not lead to any automated decision-making with regard to our counterparties or potential counterparties.

  • If you visit our office, personal data stored on security badges and recorded by cameras in our premises may be collected and used by us. We do this for safety and security reasons.

  • Business operations – We use this personal data for business initiatives, execution of activities, after-sales activities and the management of the company and the commercial relationship. This includes identifying and following up on new business opportunities, responding to your information requests, entering into new or updating existing commercial agreements, executing agreements, customer communications, direct marketing and after-sales activities. To perform these tasks, only employees of designated departments have access to your personal data. In addition, we also have a legitimate business interest in promoting and strengthening our commercial and business relationship with you. For example, we may send you communications to introduce new products and services.

  • Compliance with laws and regulations – We may also disclose personal data to auditors, law enforcement agencies, government and supervisory authorities. This personal data may be used to prevent, prepare for or conduct dispute resolution and legal proceedings, and to protect us, our employees and the public from harm, defamation, fraud, bribery or misuse. We may also use this personal data for compliance with legal obligations.

  • Organization and management of the enterprise –  Kleynen Consultants may sell or purchase assets in the ordinary course of business. When another entity purchases us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you will be transferred to that entity. In addition, when bringing bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings by or against us, such information may be considered assets and may be sold or transferred as such to third parties.
